Billed for insurance for two months that I never took out - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I was billed in October randomly for insurance on my phone which I’ve never had before. I phoned Vodacom’s insurance department but nothing has come from it and I was billed now for November again. The people at the Vodacom shop are unable to assist me because all these matters are dealt with telephonically.

After submitting a claim with Vodacom and the terrible service received, I suggest rather save some money every month to pay for n new device. The frustration, expenses and poor service plus incompetent staff make this a much better alternative.
