Good morning!
It's been exactly 10 days already today since we payed the upfront fees amounting of 1500 pesos, but still no installation is happening. Converge also send us a message and email that they had received the payment already. I hope within this week you can take action for this complaint, because I've been waiting for that Wi-fi connection for more than a month already. Thank you for your understanding.
