They had an item on their website which stated '3 left in stock', so I ordered one , received an email after a few days that the item is out of stock,
After that no response from them via their contact details be it email , telephonic and every social media,
Need my money to be refunded.

Comment Same issue - they refer you back to the seller for any queries. The seller in my case was non-responsive. I did get an email saying a refund has been processed, but I have not received it and 15 days have passed.
