FoodPanda - Head OfficeRefund my payment for my order order q8ar-rfw2. Email your chat support couple of times buy to taken action! It has been almost a month and my haven't received the refund!!!! Php2,077.50 is not a joke amount!!! You were thr one who cancelled my order not me so its definitely your fault! Why do we need to adjust on your refund process!

Comment Same thing that happened to me, but yours is a higher amount, they cancelled my order 16th of October but still charge my CC after 4 days, first time I complained I’ve talk with chatbots saying the same thing, promising the same “refund” process. After waiting no refund yet, same reasons they told me the same, the refund can’t get thru because of “technical error” waste of time and money, Do not trust them with your CC / bank info.
