I hired a car on the 5th of March 2021 and returned it on the 7th of March 2021 with a full tank of fuel. They told me that because I bank with Nedbank I will have my money in 3 to 5 working days. I sent several messages and tried calling but to no avail. They have asked for info pertaining to this refund and I sent it through but still nothing. They told me on the 19th of March it will be in my account in 24 hours it's now 96 hours and counting. I called my bank that said that Avis needs to send out a release letter to the money can be released on their side. I am going to the media and engage in an attorney and get Avis to pay all costs.
