Someone from installation team called us last August 9 but couldn't push through due to wrong address. I've been emailing custom***@convergeict.com since then but until now September 5, still no update. I applied since July. It's been 2 months.

Same issue with wrong address. How come na nagkamali ng address. Kaloka
