Double charged - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I was paying my bill at checkout and the PC automatically shutdown in the middle of the transaction and the pin was done. The manager on duty was being called by the cashier Ntombikona Sonteya, he switched on the till and then my bill was still on the screen no print out was done and I have to pay again only to find out that I've paid twice for one purchasing.

I forgot to mention the store name clicks Sable square Milnerton and I didn't receive any response from you
