This is a complaint about my local branch manager - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

My parents bought a fridge beginning of the year, they asked for a 6 months payment plan and the manager decided to put them in a 48 months payment plan. Instead of a 682 we are paying R1500 so we finish it quickly. We are now told to pay R8000, we don’t understand please because the manager who opened the account for my 86 years old father doesn’t seem to care.
