Kindly be advised that I have been trying to get through to the subscriber collections department the whole day to no avail. I am extremely appalled and disgusted by the service I received.
I have stayed on the phone for over 3 hours but nobody could assist me. I need my name to be removed from the credit listing by close of business Friday.
I have since been listed and the account has been paid off. I have attached the paid up letter hereto.
I have spoken to Experian who advised that you need to close the acoount on their system and this can be done in a matter of two days. Since you are the creditors you have to send them the confirmation that the account is closed.
I cannot be affected by this due to the negligence of Richards Bay staff. I ajve suffered enough and I refuse to remain silent.
If this is not sorted out by this week Friday I will be speaking to my attorneys.
I am fed up!
I expect a prompt response to this email.
