I'm waiting the whole day for my parcel to be delivered at home, LBC only sent me an automatic message but the rider never contacted me. Neither a text or a call. Yet, I was doing a Ff up the whole day through your hotline. Upon checking after waiting the whole day. It has been claimed. I never received anything. Nothing has been delivered at home. Can you give me some explanation?
