Rude customer service experienced - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

Hi,

 Good day! I'd like to raise a complain on what I have experienced today Friday, September 18, 2020 at Puregold Jr. Baclaran branch ( 160 QUIRINO AVE AND EVANGELISTA ST. BACLARAN PQUE ) where I was felt embarrassed because the cashier at counter 1 named Ailyn was very rude and ill mannered.

  So the story goes like this, I asked her if she has the QR code for gcash payment coz I I cashless payment for safety and thenshe informed me that gcash payment are available only at counter 4 or 5 I guess. I politely asked if she can get it so I can use it, she told me to line at counter 4 if i will use gcash. I told her i wanted to use my gcash and why can't she processed it. Then she started to showing her attitude on me. She stamping/ making dabog on the products specially the whole chicken 3x before she scanned it. I asked her if she is mad and she started to raise her voice on me. She told me I need to give the code for gcash, and I simply asking her to guide me where can I find it then out of nowhere she snatched my phone and use it without my consent. What an amazing experience! Never felt embarrassed in years buying groceries at your store. I talked to one of the team leads of the store if I can get an email for customer service.

   And for the record, I understand that they're tired because of a lot of customers and everything but that doesn't mean we have to be rude to our customer. It's part of their job to work under pressure. I'd love to raise this because I heard from other cashiers that she is very rude for those customers like me using gcash as payment for the groceries.
