Rude customer service experienced - Consumer Complaint for PLDT

Hi,
I'd like to raise this because of very bad customer service. I made follow up last September 17 because my service got interrupted because of non payment. To make my story short I had 3 mothns outage from April- July and the were able to finally fixed it last of July. Called August to adjust the account for outage. Got some adjustment approved first week of September. My account got disconnected while I am using my service for work. They gave me ticket number 1642577715.
Today I called and asked for a supervisor, the agent tried to de-escalate the however her resolution was another follow up case which the ticket number is 1659240945. I asked again for supervisor and she disconnected the line. I waited on the line for 3 hours just to get a representative and very very pissed off because the adjustment still not reflected on my account. So I tried to use your chat support to help me about the follow. And guess what, another rude representative. What a day to start with. Been dealing with you guys since April nothing resolved as of the moment. Your service sucks, your customer service sucks!! Everytime I has to do follow up I ALWAYS WAIT ON QUEING FOR MORE THAN 5 HOURS! WASTING MY TIME JUST TO FIX THIS ON GOING ISSUE FOR MONTHS !!
Very very terrible service. I hope this can get to upper management team to take an action.
