Violation of customers constitutional rights, indirect assault against the customer - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

PEP STORES
Today I was at Pep at Esikhawini in the Spar building ( I am not familiar with the area yet) However, the main issue here is ill treatment I was given when I visited the store.

I went there in attempt to buy protective (overalls) clothing for work purposes. It was my first time in that store so I asked the employee who was closer to me at that time, where their fitting rooms are and the cleaning lady showed me the fitting rooms( that lady had a name tag written "Sindi"), I went there and fitted that work suit but it was too big (it didnt fit me) so I took it back to the rails, as I was headed to the rails, pep employees closed the store and came up to me, shouting...saying they are not happy with "how I do things" and using all sorts of vulgar language one can think of and started physically searching me (female employees, physically searching a male customer). I want to know if thats how pep actually conducts business, is this part of your principles or what? Im still traumitised by the humiliation I went through

I would appreciate a response as soon as possible, due to the seriousness of these allegations, I can have the crimes of Defamation of Character, Indirect Assault, Infringement of various constitutional rights, violation of Criminal Procedure Act, against opened against Pep stores as well as its employees. I would appreciate a written response for future purposes
