No internet reception since 01 10 2020 - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I ordered Fibre by Vodacom on 27 09 2020. Vumatel installed the line on 30 09 2020. Vodacom delivered the router on 01 10 2020 and promised the line will be active within 24 -72 hours. The line is still not active after endless phone calls and numerous e-mails. After requesting to cancel I was informed of the R 3 400.00 cancellation fee. I was also billed this month for absolutely no service or internet.
