Good day.

Can I please be assisted for the collection of the phone.I did applied to contract the phone. But after I have seen the kind of the phone,i realizi it is not the kind I am looking for.I am so suprised that i was assisted by vodacom,but suddenly when I have a problem I have to speak to homemark.011 444 8800 the receptionist is very rude I tell you.She cant even listen to what I am saying.she just transfer the phone while I am still talking.Please come fetch your phone.I have to tell you that I am now calling consumer council,to what I know I was contacted by vodacom,i did not know if they have other names,if I could have known I was not going to ask for that phone.
