BAD SERVICE - Consumer Complaint for CTM Head Office

I purchased a shower at CTM Westgate on Sunday 9th August. After payment was made I was told that the shower is out of stock. I was told that it would take a week before they can order, because of public holiday. Today I phone, got put on hold by someone who answered, without saying a word and putting the phone down on the desk.
I call back twice and then I am told that the shower has been in the store since 11th Aug and that I have been phoned and a voice mail left. There is no such record on my phone of a call on 11th or a voice mail.

The lady in store said on 9th Aug that installation by CTM would be about R450. I got a call in the meantime by an installer, quoting about R1200, because of COvid it is more expensive. How ridiculous!!

I now have to fetch the shower, because I will get charged a delivery fee if CTM has to deliver. I then need to wait on the Installer, to contact me for installation???

We have only purchased tiles and others from CTM in the past 10 years, but now I am not sure if I will keep on buying from CTM. I had 2 visitors at my house and no shower for them!!
