its almost 3 months na and yet no update regarding my application after payment of 4k, they always notify us that my application is queued for installation, but its napaaaaaakatagal na...poor customer service, no one is answering, once me sumagot, then referred me to other department, i waited for more than 1 hr just to drop the call on the other side saying that they can't hear me...thats BS......very poor customer service, they are fast in the collection of payment but very very very slow in processing of application... and very very very poor customer service....i already submitted a report to dict and ntc regarding this
