I have a subscription for meds at the pharmacy. When I phoned so I can collect the new months medication. Just to tell me sorry it is not in stock, then they phoned the other clicks in town to hear if they have in stock, which is good because the did. But when I phoned them the person answering the phone was rude and refused to put me through to tha pharmacy, then the excuse is we can not transfer. Eventually when I am at the pharmacy, lady working there is rude, gave her my details but still could not find anything. But accoriding to the other Clicks everyone is linked so i should not be a problem.
So when I got mad and said how this is possible since you should be linked then she did get me on the system. Everyone that I spoke to was rude and hat no telephone manners. The last lady even sounds like she is not in the mood to help.
I suggest you hire people that know how the systems work and know how to use transfer on a phone.
