Package not delivered. Package lost according to J&T Hotline. - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I sent a package last January 7, 2021 in Davao City to our office in Manila. And when I checked our office if they already receive the package, they told me that they have not receive the parcel.
I inquired to the online delivery tracker of J&T and noted that the package arrived in the Makati hub last January 14, 2021. However, there was no delivery made to our office.
And when I inquired in J&T's customer hotline, they told me that the package has been lost.
The books sent was of critical value to our company. The books, entitled 'Kwentong Alzheimers' has a lot of value to us, not of that monetarily but on operations and care for patients.
I hope that you can help me on this.
