Installation very delay - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

We received an email last August 5 informing us that our application #SS-06-1161023 is queued for installation but until now (more than a month already) there is no action done on it yet. We understand that there are restrictions on mobility and all but how long are we going to wait? When your agent came to us, he only promised for a 10-day waiting time upon confirmation of payment (it has been more than a month already) but he is not responding to our follow ups now. We badly need the internet connection since we have a student and a teacher in our household who need a stable internet connection for their classes. Also, if I may add, we also have in the family a government employee working from home and her job requires reliable internet connection to deliver the services to the applicants. We had already paid the required amount but we are left hanging. I sure hope you know how that feels from our end.
