Two weeks after payment deposit for the line installation Converge showed up to install my line at the Pearl Of The Orient along Roxas Boulevard.
Unfortunately the building administration has banned Converge to install new lines as there are outstanding complaints from at least 10 Units who are without internet since two weeks. Within that time Converge has not done ANYTHING but offer excuses to fix the problem. Being a new customer I now seriously reconsider to have their line installed as this is already a bad start. This is the height of incompetence and a total lack of customer service!
