Getting billed and will be blacklisted while I don't have a Vodacom contract - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I upgraded my cell phone contract with Vodacom in July, after receiving the cell phone I realized that it is using the nano sim card and the phone that I had was using the micro sim and that information was not disclosed to me at the time of upgrade. I then contacted Vodacom trying to get the nano sim that process was unsuccessful; I ended up requesting for the phones to be collected and to get my contact cancelled.

The phones where picked up by Vodacom and I was under the impression that my contract is called since Vodacom took the phones back however on the 25/08/2020 R407.00 was debited from my account by Vodacom, I then had to put my complain and request for refund on Hello peter because calling the customer care was not helping.an agent contacted me about my hello peter complain and promised that the funds will be reversed which never happened. September 25 I was debited again R308.99 I then reversed the debits with my bank however this is affecting my credit record negatively, so I called Vodacom again today trying to find out why I am I still being debited, when I pin in my cell phone number the IVR tell me that my account is in arrears and I am still being sent from pillar to post, no one is willing to assist.

I need help to resolve the matter because those "arrear" they are talking about will be recorded with ITC (that’s if they are not recorded already)
