Vodacom - Disappointed in cancellation department - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI have been trying to get the contract for the above mentioned number cancelled since 15 February. I have made numerous phone calls to Vodacom and have spoken to Anele, Queen and Simphiwe who all said the same thing that the cancellation is in progress and that they will phone me back and I will receive a reference number via sms and email to confirm the cancellation, well to date I have not received any confirmation. If you look on your system you will see this is not the only contract I have with Vodacom but if this is the kind service you deliver I will be forced to cancel all my contracts with you. It seems your consultants get trained to lie to your customers and to keep us hanging. I find this very disgusting and need this sorted as I do not have the money to keep on paying for the contract.
