No wifi for 6 days - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeWe are currently sitting without internet for 6 days now. My husband has made numerous calls to no avail. We have been told twice that a technician would come out but no one came. All we are being told is to be patient. How much longer do we need to be patient? Nobody is assisting us or sorting out our issue. This is the worst service and totally unacceptable. We urgently demand answers and an update as to when our internet will be back on. We have spent almost R1000 on data which means its actually another months service fee!!
