Negligence and lying response of personal visit,
No reply for email and contact and lying response of personally visit in the company. About a month ago I have visited the company and requested them to transfer my sell amount but they told me the transfer is proceed but I could received the amount in my account about a week and I have the adjusted it by buying the scrips after that. Again I have sold two scrips one was in previous weeks and another was in before the previous week, but the transfer is not done yet. The money is urgent for me so I would like to request you to transfer my sell amount as soon as possible. Hope this types of negligence will not repeat.

Comment I have sold my scrip one month back but they didn't pay my sold amount. Later on I bought another scrips but due to technical error I was unable to proceed my payment through TMS, so I paid it directly through connect ips. They didn't clear that money from the tms and it still shows as my payable amount. Again I have bought some other scrips. I had loaded some cash collateral in tms. I thought that I will adjust that transaction from my sold amount and collateral amount. They messaged me to transfer money for new scrips but I didn't paid that money as my receivable amount and collateral is still there. Their contact number is always unreachable so I was hoping that they will call me to settle the money but they haven't called me yet. It has been almost one month and they haven't cleared my account yet. So, I would like to request you to settle my transaction as soon as possible. Thank you!
