Worst customer care ever!!!!!! They do not care about you as a customer. No follow ups from their si - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

We bought some furniture from Bradlows they promised to deliver within 48 hours. It is 1 week and still nothing. When they eventually delivered the headboard was broken and they took back the whole order. After numerous phone calls and complaints no service yet. No one cares about you as a customer they just say sorry we cannot help. I am furious i will never again buy from Bradlows again. Worst customer service ever. Even the headoffice could not help when you want to logg a complaint they tell you to do so. What service is this???
