I would like to follow up about the scheduled installation of our Internet Connection from Converge. It has been more than a month now since I received an update about my application. There is a need for the service as soon as possible. Please provide an update if it can be installed within this month. If not please give us the step by step instructions on how we can submit a request for refund and look for other service providers that can service our area more efficiently.
