Still on list of owing ok furniture - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

Good day my name is bonginkosi sibanyoni and I once baught a 4 piece couch set and unfortunately I lost my job just after purchasing them .I couldn't pay my account for a few months. The reason why I'm sending the email is I want to know is why is my name still on the list of people who still owe ok furniture whilst they reposesed their furniture please advice on a way forward.
