My problem is before lock down I receive a call from Vodacom insurance I join the insurance at that time, so they told me if I want to cancel the insurance I can cancel. But now after we come back from lock dawn I ask them to cancel the insurance on August 2020 they agree with me they told me that my insurance Is being cancelled , but they didn't they still dedacting on my account .When I try to call them they just put me on hold. all the time they just say hold on so that we can check for you until I drop the phone without help
last time I was talking to Nency she do that so today I was talking to Johana she also do the same so I'm confused I don't know where can I get help to cancel that insurance. please help me
