Poor Customer Service / Cancellation not done - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have had the displeasure of dealing with the Vodacom call center (082 135).

last year November ( 2020 ) I called on behalf of my director to request a few cancellations on his account,
the consultant that I spoke to ensured me all was in order and these requests will be adhered to.

it is now May 2021 still nothing has been done , I did a follow up on Tuesday the 11 May 2021 and apparently spoke with a team leader / manager who said he will request a call log and have the issue resolved asap, it is now a week since than when ever I call they say this guy is busy and will call me back yet they never do.

finally yesterday I got through to another supposed manager who said he will find out what's going on and why there is a delay with getting the call log and will contact me back , now 24 hours have passed and when I call him I'm told he is busy and will call me back.

Yet again a full cycle of nothing being done being done to resolve my issue, this process cannot take this long neither is this acceptable treatment for long standing clients of Vodacom as both my director and company make use of Vodacom with multiple contacts on each account. we don't receive any feedback or basic communication from this department and they refuse to take actions for there short comings.

please provide me with relevant contact details of someone who is willing and able to help resolve my issue.
