Delivery guy did not tell me the food was already paid and still took my money as COD - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

I ordered some drinks and paid via debit, but I forgot. When the rider came, I asked him how much and I paid. He took the money and did not tell me it was already paid for. I called him and told him to bring back my money but he never did.
