It’s been more than a month since we applied for your internet service but still no update from your company even the agent who was rushing us to pay for the installation fee, is not coordnating anymore. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Logically if we follow the 7 to 10 business days starting from the date of our application- July 3rd, we were supposed to have the service on July 22nd, but still no internet until now (nag MECQ na wala pa rin) I’m a work from home BPO employee who is a SINGLE FATHER TO MY SON, worrying for my son’s needs. Kindly have some humanity and descensy to respond as quicky as possible on this matter, it will be highly appreciated. Otherwise, I’m requesting for a refund so I can use to apply for other service and HAVE MY JOB BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank You..
