Poor quality furniture and after sales service - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Bought new Rhapsody lounge suite at the end of February. Two weeks after delivery, logged a call with the Northgate branch, as the 2-seater arm rest was loose. This was repaired. On 17 June 2020, the branch was again contacted to inform them that the single, double and three-seater all had various damages that needed repair or preferable replacement, as this suite is not even 5 months old yet. Till to date, no reference number has been received, the call center don't answer their phones for me to log a complaint. And the branch has "replaced" my "new" suite with the suite from the store floor (Demo suite) that is missing the center cushion on the two center, and itself has got various damage on the furniture. This is unacceptable that I'm paying for a new suite, however nothing is being done to replace the damaged furniture with new furniture.
