I ma extremely disappointed by the way our refund query has been handled by the above consultant. He seldom gets back to me via email on feedback. I keep calling in and sending emails he never gets back to us and when we speak no solid feedback is given to us. He is very rude when we do speak and does not want to escalate our issue to anyone
