Delivery Man failed to deliver my item - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I am very disappointed with your delivery man here in LBC butuan branch for failure to deliver my order from timedepot despite I am the one who initiated to contact this delivery man but this man failed to answer my call 5 times and I even try to text him still received no reply from your delivery man. I was very upset because I have been waiting and my work and time was compromised for waiting nothing from this delivery man
