False listed on credit bereu as owing vodacom - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day may I please request assistance I have recently found out that I am listed in the credit bereu as owing vodacom an amount of R8089. 00 when I was applying for a vehicle in January it was declined because of this vodacom account which I do not know. I went to a vodacom branch in Heidelberg mall where they checked their system and told me that their system does not show any payments that is behind on my name therefore they gave me a number to call. I have been calling vodacom since January and they just tell me the account (I 4532410-3) is in their archives as it was closed and is not inactive not owing any amount. I therefore requested a letter that will say that I do not have any debt or account with vodacom and they took my email andress and said will receive the letter in 24 hours. I called again after a week since I had no such letter and they asked for my email address again saying will send the letter. I never received such a letter after a number of calls attempting to get assistance they ended up blocking my number when I called I got a voice note that my number was blocked because of high number of calls from my number. I then went back to vodacom branch in Heidelberg mall where they also called their call center and also told me that the consultant saysthe letter will be sent to me. It is two full months now since I have been trying to get vodacom to clear my name I even asked a legal representative to assist me with vodacom and she also does not get a response on their emails. I have had a number of declined applications because I am listed as owing vodacom money which I do not actually owe. May I please have assistance with vodacom to clear my name.
