Pep offers many services to customers of which is good, but their way of serving them on this covid times it's terrable rong and not online with quick service and avoiding long ques
You cannot be waiting in a same que with a person who is shopping while u are only at the store to collect parcel, same with money transferes nd sending parcels at the end of it all when its time for them to close they cut customers who were in that line for more than 3hours
