Fraud - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Someone opened account and purchased an item without my consent. I did not sent anyone or give anyone to use my details. I did not open or bought anything at vodacom. Can this be investigated because I am failing to understand why this was not verified as per credit bureau stepulations
