Psychology department unwilling to help - Consumer Complaint for Far East Rand Hospital

I went to far east hospital psychology department with a referral letter in my emails I was turned away because I don't have a hard copy I couldn't find any internet cafe around that area. I went there seeking professional mental help but now I'm more depressed and without any help
