Sim swap - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I requested for a swim swap of which the call center agent gave me a run around and at the store in Phoenix Plaza I was asked to go to the police station for affidavit ,came back with it still they told me call center blocked my number I call back and they told me to go to the store.I have used that number from 2012 and have done a Sim swap maybe like 2years ago the number 0727719883 is registered under my ID my life policies got this number alot of important this I have used this number in and no way I can update it .Vodacom can have someways of confirming this number is mine rather than the hide and seek they playing my my child my loose a schollarship should I loose this number this number carry my life if you count the time I have used how can I update it to everyone companies .there's a pending case in court and am awaiting feedback on this number I have loved and stayed with vodacom if when your prices are high but stayed cause this number is very much important to me i take medication and i get a reminded on the same number am vulnerable customer but y'all treating me like am a no body I even participate on your competion and y'all still refusing me swim only cause I can't remember how much I last recharged with I got my ID affidavit numbers I have called and I once did a Sim swap .immediate response will be appreciated I want this fixed ASAP and am willing to take this further I will even contact the ombudsman this number is a priority I can never loose and I should I loose anything I will hold Vodacom against it
