DISGUSTING SERVICE - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I placed my fibre order on the 28th of October and received the router on 30 October. Vodacom said that I will be contacted within 7 - 21 working days. It has been a month now since receiving the router and we have heard absolutely nothing. I have phoned the fibre line almost every second day and they cannot give me an update. Complained on Twitter - they tell us to be patient. I phoned this morning to cancel - the guy said he will escalate it, I said they have escalated it already - 2 weeks ago, and they said a manager will contact me within 10 minutes - that was 2 hours ago. Every agent I speak to simply says that I should have been contacted by now???? Please come and collect your router and I will take my business somewhere else.
Now I receive an email stating that I have cancelled because of financial difficulty?????????
