Deduction on contract that I did not agree to - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

In aug 2020 my contract expired I called vodacom customer line in order to cancel the contract because I didn't need an upgrade and we have uncapped wifi at home. The agent that assisted offered a 90% discount and told me I will be paying only R87 a month on the same simcard for a 10gb data per month. I asked the agent if there will be additional fees because I will
Not be able to afford anything more as I already pay for wifi at home. The agent insisted that there won't be any extra fees so I agreed to the R87 a month. Since end of August until now a R225 has been deducting and whenever I call the agents they can't assist me to stop this or I have to pay R1800 or more to stop it. This is very inconvenient and frustrating for me as a loyal vodacom client, as I am in a financial crisis at the moment as well. I just want assistance to stop this contract please.
