Cancellation of Service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

For 4 years I have been trying to cancel my one cellular number. It was a data card that was discarded and not used for 4 years. As I no longer require it. 3 visits to vodacom branches. And many calls to Vodacom cancellation. The first call on their record being 1 Dec 2020. I have called many times since with the same promise = IT will be cancelled within 24 hours. 4 Months later i keep getting the same promise, but nothing happens.

I BELIEVE THE ONLY WAY TO GET THIS USELESS COMPANY SORTED OUT IS FOR ALL CLIENTS TO CHIP IN AND SUE THE SH*T OUT OF THESE THIEVES!!!!! No one helps!!!!
I am ready to take these thieves on once and for all!!!
