Poor Customer Service/Staffs - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Nov 17, nagpadala ako ng docs at the same day for pick up na rin ng items ko. It took us more than an hour na nakapila sa labas tirik ang araw dahil sa sobrang tagal ng process nila kada tao. when its my turn so real na mabagal talaga sila magprocess, you can relax inside sa sobrang tagal and unfortunately wala pa sa list yung item for pick up ko khit based sa tracking on website nasa branch na nila. So on thursday Nov 9 today, i was about to pick up again the item kasi hindi ko nga nkuha nung tuesday, and their cut off daw was 4PM nakarating ako sa branch nila ng 3:56 PM. when i entered sabi nila cut off na, i asked anong oras ba cut off nyo , " 4pm ", eh wala pa namang 4PM im not beyond ur cut off. madami pa kaming ippack, napaka-ungentle magsalita nung staff, its just one item, walang konsiderasyon. Hindi naman ako magtataka eh last time ngpadala asawa ko ng motorcycle parts, sf cost 700+ if box nila gagamitin, so nag ask husband ko if malelessen ba if own packaging nya , oo daw kaya naghanap sya ng box outside tapos ang ending same price pa din kesho sa dimension pala nagbabased ng rate, napaka-di marunong magbigay ng info mga staff sa branch na ito, sa katirikan ng araw naghahanap ang asawa ko ng box then same rate pa din pala lalabas . Please naman ! pakiadvise naman yung manager paki well trained naman mga staff dito or pakipalitan ng maayos kausap. nasa front sila they should treat their customer nicely, hindi yung wala silang pakialam. Thats it!!
