failed to reschedule installation of Internet connection - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

The installer did not go to my house on the scheduled date.they went earlier, 3 days earlier to be exact. I was not at home since I was not yet expecting the installation that day(Feb 17) instead on Feb 18 or 19. I was asking for another schedule but the installer cannot give a definite answer so does my agent. I am a public high school teacher and currently writing my master's thesis. I originally wanted the installation to be on Saturdays but now, I am willing to sacrifice a day of my teaching work as long as the installer qikk notify me a day prior to the commitment. I will be out of the town on the 27- 29 of Feb and 6- 16 of march. Please consider my work schedule.
