2 months on hold - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Applied for internet on june and paid on the same month. Technician came for installation but did not install. Portal said application has been put on hold due to No NAP Power. Cannot reach customer service via phone so we kept on asking via email on when it'll be installed but never had any clear answers. We've been witnessing technicians install internet around the neighborhood but ours never came.No solutions have been offered on how to solve the issue.
