I’m fully paid! It’s been more than a month! But you haven’t installed it yet! My agent is not replying!! Been calling the hotline everyday (1 hr waiting period. But most of the time my calls get dropped) and they tell me the same status and not do anything about it! I asked for a refund twice, but told me to wait for my agent’s email (eh hindi nga nagrereply diba!!!) I paid 4K for nothing!!! BASURA customer service niyo

Same issue with this one. Fullypaid last April 2020 pa..pero June na wala pring update..pa refund naman..yung customer service niyo continues yung follow up ko tapos biglang clinosed yung ticket..bulok!
