Delayed Processing of Lumpsum - Consumer Complaint for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office

its been more than two years ive been waiting for eternal plans to release of my lumpsum and they always tell me its still being processed. i already sent the necessary docs in 2017 and sent again last year for the processing but up to now there is no clear response from them
