Very bad delivery - Consumer Complaint for Aramex Bahrain

Very disappointed with Aramex Bahrain. First of all supposed to be delivered yesterday as arrived in country day before yesterday. Yesterday nobody called and today when courier came he was very arrogant when I asked him why was not delivered yesterday. But I was shocked when he asked money for delivery. I used Aramex app and I can see that my delivery was paid already and I have paid bill from company I ordered, including paid delivery ( all done online) He even didn't wait me to call Aramex office to clarify. Just when. When I called and spoke with operator, which was professional, came back fast and brought me my delivery.Courier even didn't apologize and said it was app mistake. It was not any app mistake..I recieved many deliveries before and on the app it clearly shows that it was already paid. He is a cheater who just asked me amount of 7 bhd, the amount is not even cost of delivery or cost of total products. Really really disappointed with such staff who doesn't even know how to talk with customers and asking money without showing any evendence.

Very bad delivery

‏The shipment is supposed to get me yesterday, but no one communicate with me, the delivery should have been today, and now I call to customer service she says next week will deliver the shipment , are you kidding with the customers ??? As always bad service and bad company aramex
