Called to request a pick up for a return shipment to Namshi. The return request was already created and paid for by Namshi. The Call Center Agent (seemingly Jordanian Girl) handled my request poorly. I provided her with the return collection shipment number (32900408726) but she insisted that I give her the “RETURN PICKUP Reference Number” which I don’t have! This is generated by Aramex. She said “no, call Namshi to give you the pickup reference or you must pay for it yourself”!!!!! I re-iterated that the pickup request is already paid by Namshi and that all I have is the return shipment number (she can use it to search for the rest of information on her system but she refused). I asked to speak to another agent. She said “hang up, and call again if you want to speak to someone else”, which I did, and another agent helped me well.
I’m reporting the inadequate agent for training purposes because I had another poor experience with her in the past (I recognized her by voice). Please give her proper training or hire adequately professional staff. Her experience and communication skills are extremely poor.
Please retrieve and listen to the call to understand how poorly skilled she is (call date 17-May-2021, time 12:33pm, return shipment #32900408726)

Very disappointed with Aramex Bahrain. First of all supposed to be delivered yesterday as arrived in country day before yesterday. Yesterday nobody called and today when courier came he was very arrogant when I asked him why was not delivered yesterday. But I was shocked when he asked money for delivery. I used Aramex app and I can see that my delivery was paid already and I have paid bill from company I ordered, including paid delivery ( all done online) He even didn't wait me to call Aramex office to clarify. Just when. When I called and spoke with operator, which was professional, came back fast and brought me my delivery.Courier even didn't apologize and said it was app mistake. It was not any app mistake..I recieved many deliveries before and on the app it clearly shows that it was already paid. He is a cheater who just asked me amount of 7 bhd, the amount is not even cost of delivery or cost of total products. Really really disappointed with such staff who doesn't even know how to talk with customers and asking money without showing any evendence.

Very bad delivery

‏The shipment is supposed to get me yesterday, but no one communicate with me, the delivery should have been today, and now I call to customer service she says next week will deliver the shipment , are you kidding with the customers ??? As always bad service and bad company aramex

The problem with your company it’s always late. No matter what the order is, it always delivers after at least 8 9 days!! one time it took them 3 weeks to deliver my order! Why?! And when the delivery guy decides to come he sends me on whatsapp and always comes early(9-10am), if I don’t reply they leave it for the 2nd day. They only send me msgs why don’t they call? All delivery guys call but yours!
I really hate when the buyer I’m ordering from tells me it’s aramex delivering! Please either fix your problem or stop delivering.
The photo I uploaded has the date of when I placed my order and still hasn’t been delivered!

Paid for express delivery from Bahrain to Singapore.
I called customer service to make sure it will be picked up on time, the last answered that it was picked up and the parcel will be delivered in 3-4 working days!

After 30 minutes , my friend, who left the parcel at the reception, figured out that no one still picked it up (so customer service lied to me !)

After two days no one still picked it up. I called again customer service to request a delivery . He said he will send the urgent notification to pick it up and it will be delivered only after 5 working days (2 working day till the parcel leaves Bahrain + 3 working days after it left Bahrain!)
It was very urgent !
What for unpaid 60$ for 200 gram small parcel, i have no idea!

And the call center advise me not to complain and just drive to pick up the thing

My shipment that arrived Muharraq om May 31, was due to be delivered on June 3 tracking no. 1795610795 has not delivered yet. The miserable so called help desk forwarded their manager number to contact and receive a call from him. His name is Fadhel Aljishi. He never called and did not pick up his line. Again after promising us thst they will deliver it today before 4pm, they did not. Wben we call they bluntly said tomorroe. If I compare their service to DHL, is like comparing black and white.

My shipment no. 1795610795 had reached Muharraq station on May 31 as per the tracker and Amazon email update. The expected delivery was June 3 before Eid. Unfortunately, I was notified that it will be delivered on June 8. The delivery man came to my house ran the bell and my house maid was inside but could not hear the ringing. He decided to leave without bothering himself calling. When I received an email from amazon (nothing from Aramex) stated that it was attempted to deliver, I called Muharraq station to find out. Mr. Surish, bluntly, said without explaining why they did not contact the customer since they do have the contact number, he said it will be delivered tomorrow. The call is recorded, I hope the quality assurance should listen to it. It could have saved the company time, money, effort and above all customer discontent if the delivery man would care more and contact the customer.
Very disappointed with Aramex service, If I would compare it to DHL, it is like comparing black and white!

I am having a very bad experience due with you guys. we did a big mistake to deal with Aramex. No one is responsible, no one is answering the calls, there is nothing called commitment. From Sales Executive to Sales Manager no one is responsible.
